With Adams & Glass I felt like I was in the hands of expert writers. Not so much with the Evanovich book, and yet, I am sure that she is the most experienced writer of the three. Her books are widely read, and at the top of the NY Times Best Seller list, so maybe there was something wrong with me when I read it! You're welcome to try it and see for yourself. I can't recommend this book highly enough.

Robert and I are avid supporters of Latino Victory, a political action committee with the mission to elect Latino leaders who support progressive policies at all government levels, increase Latino voter participation, and continue to build the Latino political power infraststructure. This was an inspirational event, and made us proud to be part of the support system of this important organization.

Watching this makes me take a breath, and enjoy again the beatuy of the garden. I need to get home and take care of mine!

This was actually fun to do! And not difficult, once I figured out the plan. Fondant is not difficult to work with, if you practice a little. The key is using Crisco for the work surface, I have tried corn starch which is also recomended, but found that hard to manage and very drying. EVERYTHING except the moving train and tracks, is from KAKE KREATIONS! Love them! So glad I live near a real cake store!
