The Odyssey: A Bickett Hubbell Movie Review
There's no explaining it. And...that Robert and I had the same reaction (without consulting one another) says something. But I'm not sure what!

The 2026 Tomato Tasting!
Ok. I know it's long. I have a plan for next year to expedite the process ...but for this year, I was not only long winded...I took too long to decide how to rate each tomato. Hilarious. However, you must admit, a lot was at stake! (or beefsteak! ha!) Just proof that I take my tomato testing very seriously. Hope you enjoy! I did! Here's links to previous tomato videos from this year that will explain how the season went :( https://www.everydaywithjill.com/post/in-a-tomato-re

Robert & Claude (an AI agent) Redecorate the Cabin!
What a weekend! We were busy beavers! But Robert had been busily figuring all this out way in advance. First he had to figure out how to get the cabinet up the to the mountains, which was no small feat. We were both delighted that it made the journey in one piece! And then to actually get it into the cabin was another engineering feat, coordinated by Robert, and assisted by our mountain neighbors, Jim & Sean. But the story would not be complete without telling the tale of Rob

Cherry Clafoutis in the Mountains!
Here's the real recipe! Natasha's the expert! https://natashaskitchen.com/cherry-clafoutis-recipe/ Modifications that I had to make: *No vanilla. A Sad Tomato Day
I know it seems like I harvested a lot of tomatoes. But it's actually 1/2 the crop I would have had if I hadn't had to fight the vermin.

Bubble Planet!
It's true. The video is stunning. And I do think the kids had fun. But, honestly if I am reviewing this experience...4/10. Here's why: 1) It's in the worst possible area of downtown Los Angeles, and the staff told us not to walk outside the compound when we asked about where we might get lunch. 2) There were very few true bubbles! 3) Lots of video enhancement, light shows, dark spaces, all of which didn't really feel very bubbly. 4) Some experiences were very crowded and just

Pendelton Hilarity!
Ah well. I still I might have been cute. Just cute with tags! AND P.S. I had to buy the Pendelton blanket online - which I was trying to avoid! The best laid plans as they say...!
