Ok. I know it's long. I have a plan for next year to expedite the process ...but for this year, I was not only long winded...I took too long to decide how to rate each tomato. Hilarious. However, you must admit, a lot was at stake! (or beefsteak! ha!) Just proof that I take my tomato testing very seriously.
