Honestly, I can't tell you how much I am enjoying my garden this spring. There's new flowers blooming everyday, the veg garden is thriving (with the exception of a failed strawberry seed germination) and beautiful green things are peeking up above the backyard firepit bench so that we can even enjoy the garden from the comfort of our living room.
New spring blooms are always the best, too. All of the roses are ready for their first bloom, and they are stunning. I can't wait to show you. Plus all of the beautiful irises, some of which I can call by name! And did I mention the delphiniums?? You can never have too many of those -- so there will be lots of purple beauty to show soon.
But none of this would be possible without my beautiful husband, who spoils me, takes me to the nursery whenever I want, assists in the big jobs outside, and listens to me complain about the snails. I love him even more than I love my spring garden.
And that's saying a whole lot.
