Joyful! Joyful! Sharing Easter traditions with my granddaughter. And the weather cooperated too!

Signs of spring are everywhere! And I still have planting to do!!!

Whew! A successful, invigorating day!

I enjoyed this despite the fact that my tomatoes misbehaved.

We just drank in all the beauty.

I expected red leather booths. But the dark velvet was just as fabulous!

Lots of treasure. Beautifully curated. And so cool inside! A perfect vacay excursion on a day of 111 degrees!

In the end, despite the heat (as high as 111 degrees!) we did have a fabulous time! I couldn't live in that desert heat during the summer, but it was definitely a fun desitination to visit. And I have so many more things to show you!

What an astonishing excursion! Thousands in the frog collection, hundreds in the skunk collection, and too much china to count! But the best part is the end. You gotta watch. Have a great weekend!

My husband is so ingenious. And such a great grandpa!

I'm going on a strict "no buy" diet until Easter. But wait! Easter is less than 3 weeks away! I'm in trouble.

Got big plans for today! Going to start with St. Patrick's Day donuts from Krispy Kreme, then on to a St. Patricki's Day luncheon with my favorite Irish Step Dancing mom, Tina, and finally, we'll end the day with corned beef leftovers with the grands! Erin Go Bragh! If you have a few minutes , and you haven't seen this...two of my daughters were Champion Irish Step Dancers, and we spent many happy hours at feises (dance competitions) and even went to Ireland for the World Cha

This was my first try at this. I can see how next time I can make it even more impressive! But really, this is dead easy. The hardest part is figuring out the candy melt. But the instructions on the back are very clear. and I followed them - and had no real trouble. The littles loved this at our St. Patrick's Day pool party! More on that tomorrow!
