Welcoming Baby Frances with a Georgetown Garden Tour!

It's always a miracle when a baby is born! But when it's your own grandchild it feels doubly miraculous!

And while we were waiting for her arrival, we wandered around Georgetown, and I was impressed by the lovely gardens in front of the beautifully restored homes and shops. Much different than the large xeroscaped lawns and gardens in Los Angeles!

We also dropped into the Georgetown Holy Trinity Jesuit Chapel off of "N" Street, and we said a rosary for Frances' safe arrival. It's a lovely, quiet meditative spot to visit, and it's open to all, no matter your belief system.
