Unboxing a Vintage Doll House!

As I told Nancy, "You know you had a good time, when you look at your watch and it's way later than you expect!" We spent 3 wonderful hours finding and placing treasures in Nancy's sister-in-law's mother's dollhouse. It felt good to honor her memory in this way.

You could just feel how much she treasured this doll house, and how lovingly she selected and arranged all of its contents. And her daughter took great care to pack it all up and send it to Nancy so that it could be cherished for another generation. Thanks to her, too! And especially to Nancy who let me be an interloper in her family tradition!

P.S. I've decided that I am going to be a benefactor of this precious house, and my next purchase will be a book case to house all of the wonderful books in the dollhouse library!
