Being in community with like-minded compatriots is both a balm and an inspiration. I'm always inspired hearing my husband talk about his confidence in the future of our democracy and the obligation we have to keep working to save it. Today was no exception. But I was also inspired by the dedication, stories, and commitment of the attendees at this reader event. My heart was uplifted. We will not stop fighting. Together.
