The Norton Simon Museum

The Norton Simon Museum is an extraordinary place. Located in Pasadena, and housing the most incredible collection, I was astonished at the works of art within. I could swear that there were photos of many of the works in my college textbooks when I studied art history in college -- that's how famous they were!

I hadn't visited the Norton Simon in decades, and that is my loss. It's worth frequent visits, because there is so much richness there.

But, I'm sure you've already guessed...the best part was our first museum visit with my granddaughter, Abby. She was interested, curious, engaged, and we couldn't have been more delighted to be training a future museum goer.
