Salsa Canning with Jenny!

Such deliciousness! My tomato harvest was literally saved by Jenny -- because I just had too many tomatoes to use for two people...and I don't can! What I really appreciate about Jenny's work is that she is extremely careful about safety, and I know what these salsas will be good to use for a year, based on the painstaking process that she used.
I still do have lingering tomatoes yet to ripen and I plan to make a sauce and freeze, so
that will be another adventure! But definitely not as time consuming as what Jenny did for me. Thank you dear one!
