I've been hankering to use my tomatoes for something other than tomato sauce. I received recipes from several of my readers, and I am anxious to use some of them -- but Jenny actually made this for me in her test kitchen!

I still have tomatoes from my garden and I harvested them a couple days ago - so I will have to use them this weekend definitely. Probably tomato sauce waiting in the wings!
BUT I am going to try and convince Robert to do take-out one night this weekend. I deserve it!
