Felling a 200 Foot Sugar Pine!

Co-existing with these beauties is a privilege. But when they expire whether because of disease or drought, they can be very dangerous. James and Trish had to take this Sugar Pine down because it was endangering their cabin, and any resident or visitor who might be near it.

Trish was sad to see it go, as we all were, but it had to be done for safety's sake. James and Trish have a big job ahead of them as they make decisions about clearing their property. But they will definitely have enough wood for many seasons to come!!!
