Bread Baking Hilarity!

My old Kitchen Aid bowl made it impossible to affix it to the stand, so I bought a new one. And today I tried it out by making bread. Oh lord. What a mess! I'm not sure it provided the "stree-free" expeience that I was hoping for.

Plus I was using new tech and that went sideways as well. Nonetheless I persevered, and the bread was edible! Yeah me!

BUT I'm not sure I'm keeping my Kitchen Aid. It's crazy heavy. And I don't want it out on counter when I only use 2 x a year. So...that's something I'm still thinking about!
