Big Storm in LA...But We're Ok! (With Hydrology Expertise from Mr. Hubbell)

It's 9:00 p.m. and still raining steadily but not pouring. I think the rain has dissipated enough to allow time for the water to find its way into the ground, or into drainage, because the streets are less flooded this evening. We expect tomorrow to be a lighter day and then we're headed for sunshine towards the weekend.
