I give it a 6 out of 10. It was easy enough, but pretty labor intensive, and not very unusual.

I didn't show the salad, but I loved it. I give it a 10 out of 10. Super easy, but you need to put it together right before serving, so that was a little difficult when your're hosting. But delicious!
