I have lots more to say about Diana, especially about the way that she was treated by Prince Charles. But today's not the day. Today I'm just grateful that I shared history with her. And I wish the best for her boys...I know she would want that.

Robert is great at yard sales. Me, not so much. I'm very sentimental about things. And I don't like "selling." Robert enjoys the interaction. I remember many years ago we had a garage sale on our front driveway, and I hid inside while Robert was wheelin' and dealin' outside. He even came inside and asked if we could sell some of our furniture! Hilarious! I'm not selling any of our cabin furniture, Robert. Just be prepared for that!

Dead Easy. I used 1/2 the peppers suggested. And the eggs took longer to cook than I expected, so be prepared for that. otherwise... Dead Easy.

This put a spring in my step all day -- even in the 100 degree heat!

One side effect that I'm definitely feeling is exhaustion! But is that really from the shot? Or did I do to much today? Who knows? Grateful that I didn't have a ever reaction, though.

When I think of all the falderal that I went through this tomato season, it makes me think that I went a little crazy. Ok. Maybe a lot crazy. To honor all of my hard work, I'm really going to enjoy the heck out of my frozen tomato sauce this winter, that's all I have to say about that.

I'm currently reading the definitive biography of Marjorie Merriweather Post. It's surprising how different it is from the fictionalized account I just finished! But The Grape Nuts success story is all true!!! And so is my new breakfast routine!

I need time to process before I can think about next season!!!!!

Let's see how long this habit lasts. Right now I'm pretty happy with it - but I do need to include a little bit of a banana in the cereal each day, and those are hard to keep on hand!
